Canadian Rivers And Lakes Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCCDDEEFFGH

We have here a sight as fairA
As bonnie Doon or banks of AyrB
Like modest worth meandering slowC
The quiet waters gently flowC
Rose thistle shamrock all combineD
Around the maple leaf to twineD
Whose outstretched arms so giganticE
Clasp Pacific and AtlanticE
Embracing lakes like burnished goldF
With joy a Shakespeare might beholdF
For either Poet Burns or Moore BG
Such scenery they would adoreH
