And there doth form a pond around | A |
'Tis fed from no apparent rills | B |
And it near by drives several mills | B |

And here the little ponds are seen | C |
Where fish are propogate by Green | C |
Fish hatcheries here had their birth | D |
And now they're spread o'er all the earth | D |

Here in each pond thousands of trout | E |
Rush around their circular route | F |
Of various breeds age and size | B |
Speckled o'er with various dyes | B |

Geologists do gaze with pride | G |
On specimens all petrified | G |
Here church is built of those rare stone | H |
Fish reptiles birds in days bygone | I |

Strange thoughts in mind it doth awake | J |
As it is far from sea and lake | J |
Even the hill tops do abound | A |
With proofs here flowed the sea profound | A |

With reverence we gaze around | A |
On an ancient burial ground | A |
Those who once did tread the heather | K |
Now rest quietly here together | K |
