when buttercups lay in the fields ablazeA

I remember the first meeting with youB
I saw the blue deep eyesC
On blossomed blankets of the fields we d lazeC
and into one another s eyes we d gazeC
That was the day we fell in loveD

My love and I as April had her flingE
I dreamed of a butterfly on the wingE
I can feel you around me when you are not thereF
