Small Frogs Killed On The Highway Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFGHHIJKLMN NOHP

StillA
I would leap tooB
Into the lightC
If I had the chanceD
It is everything the wet green stalk of the fieldE
On the other side of the roadF
They crouch there too faltering in terrorG
And take strange wing ManyH
Of the dead never moved but manyH
Of the dead are alive forever in the split secondI
Auto headlights more suddenJ
Than their drivers knowK
The drivers burrow backward into dank poolsL
Where nothing begetsM
NothingN
-
Across the road tadpoles are dancingN
On the quarter thumbnailO
Of the moon They can't seeH
Not yetP
