Africa Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: A B C D E F G H I J K LM D N O P

I just can t stop laughing at my continent cause if I do I ll run out of tears crying for HERA
-
She was the most beautiful and promising woman or at least so I heardB
-
When she could speak courageously among her pairsC
-
Even her elders listened to what she had to sayD
-
She is the only woman with a melanin skinE
-
But that made her an envy and prey for the other womenF
-
They came in as friend and her good manners were corrupted by bad companyG
-
Her kids forgot the essence of their existence and all it means to be a pureH
-
Every wrong became rightI
-
sense of reasoning lostJ
-
Common sense replaced with greed and foolishnessK
-
Her children makes her unworthy dirty and evilL
Her streets colors redM
-
The stains so thick that the rains can t wash awayD
-
Yet do her children still smile even with so much grief and sadness in her heartN
-
This is Africa the constant oppression from her elders zips the mouth of truthO
-
Holds the hands of justice and blinds the eyes of peaceP
