Psalm 9 Part 1 Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: A BCBC DEFE GHIH JDJD KLML

Wrath and mercy from the judgment seatA
-
With my whole heart I'll raise my songB
Thy wonders I'll proclaimC
Thou sovereign Judge of right and wrongB
Wilt put my foes to shameC
-
I'll sing thy majesty and graceD
My God prepares his throneE
To judge the world in righteousnessF
And make his vengeance knownE
-
Then shall the Lord a refuge proveG
For all the poor oppressedH
To save the people of his loveI
And give the weary restH
-
The men that know thy name will trustJ
In thy abundant graceD
For thou hast ne'er forsook the justJ
Who humbly seek thy faceD
-
Sing praises to the righteous LordK
Who dwells on Zion's hillL
Who executes his threatening wordM
And doth his grace fulfilL
