Deliverance from deathC
-
Unto thine hand O God of truthD
My spirit I commitE
Thou hast redeemed my soul from deathC
And saved me from the pitE
-
The passions of my hope and fearF
Maintained a doubtful strifeG
While sorrow pain and sin conspiredH
To take away my lifeG
-
My times are in thine hand I criedI
Though I draw near the dustJ
Thou art the refuge where I hideI
The God in whom I trustJ
-
O make thy reconciled faceK
Upon thy servant shineL
And save me for thy mercy's sakeM
For I'm entirely thineL
-

-
'Twas in my haste my spirit saidO
I must despair and dieP
I am cut off before thine eyesQ
But thou hast heard my cryP
-
Thy goodness how divinely freeA
How wondrous is thy graceK
To those that fear thy majestyA
And trust thy promisesR
-
O love the Lord all ye his saintsS
And sing his praises loudT
He'll bend his ear to your complaintsS
And recompense the proudT
