Rhyme Scheme: A B CDEE FGHI JJKK LMNN OPQQ RRST

Salvation righteousness and strength in ChristA
-
IsaB
-
Jehovah speaks let Isr'el hearC
Let all the earth rejoice and fearD
While God's eternal Son proclaimsE
His sovereign honors and his namesE
-
I am the last and I the firstF
The Savior God and God the justG
There's none beside pretends to showH
Such justice and salvation tooI
-
Ye that in shades of darkness dwellJ
Just on the verge of death and hellJ
Look up to me from distant landsK
Light life and heav'n are in my handsK
-
I by my holy name have swornL
Nor shall the word in vain returnM
To me shall all things bend the kneeN
And every tongue shall swear to meN
-
In me alone shall men confessO
Lies all their strength and righteousnessP
But such as dare despise my nameQ
I'll clothe them with eternal shameQ
-
In me the Lord shall all the seedR
Of Isr'el from their sins be freedR
And by their shining graces proveS
Their int'rest in my pard'ning loveT
