Hymn 35 Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: A BCBD EFEA GHGB IJKJ

Praise to God for creation and redemptionA
-
Let them neglect thy glory LordB
Who never knew thy graceC
But our loud songs shall still recordB
The wonders of thy praiseD
-
We raise our shouts O God to theeE
And send them to thy throneF
All glory to th' united ThreeE
The undivided OneA
-
'Twas he and we'll adore his nameG
That formed us by a wordH
'Tis he restores our ruined frameG
Salvation to the LordB
-
Hosannah let the earth and skiesI
Repeat the joyful soundJ
Rocks hills and vales reflect the voiceK
In one eternal roundJ
