The blessedness of gospel timesA
-
Isa MtB
-
How beauteous are their feetC
Who stand on Zion's hillD
Who bring salvation on their tonguesE
And words of peace revealF
-
How charming is their voiceG
How sweet the tidings areH
Zion behold thy Savior KingI
He reigns and triumphs hereJ
-
How happy are our earsK
That hear this joyful soundL
Which kings and prophets waited forM
And sought but never foundL
-
How blessed are our eyesN
That see this heav'nly lightO
Prophets and kings desired it longP
But died without the sightO
-
The watchmen join their voiceG
And tuneful notes employQ
Jerusalem breaks forth in songsR
And deserts learn the joyQ
-
The Lord makes bare his armS
Through all the earth abroadT
Let every nation now beholdU
Their Savior and their GodV
