Victor Hugo. Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABB AABB CCDD

He set the trumpet to his lips and loA
The clash of waves the roar of winds that blowA
The strife and stress of Nature's warring thingsB
Rose like a storm cloud upon angry wingsB
-
He set the reed pipe to his lips and loA
The wreck of landscape took a rosy glowA
And Life and Love and gladness that Love bringsB
Laughed in the music like a child that singsB
-
Master of each Arch Master We that stillC
Wait in the verge and outskirt of the HillC
Look upward lonely lonely to the heightD
Where thou has climbed for ever out of sightD
