one brunette and one had fair hairH

Not girls pearlsI
fillies fine and gorgeousJ
the joy of whoever saw their faceK
and I loved both of themL

But who'll foretell and who'll sayM
which of them I loved moreA
The time went I don't know howN
I dillydallied dillydalliedG

Suddenly a demon came and scarfed themL
a demon with a ponytail and handlebar mustacheO
And I remained silly buggerB
an old bachelor ever afterB

And from this to all the young menP
a moral to the wise and let who learns learnQ
