A Twig Alighted Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFGHIJKLMCNO

A twig alighted on a fence and dozedA
So do I sleepB
The fruit fell and what have I to do with my trunkC
What with my branchD
The fruit fell the flower is already forgottenE
The leaves surviveF
One day the storm will rage they will dropG
To the ground deadH
Afterwards the nights of dread go onI
No rest or sleep for meJ
Alone I thrash about in the dark smashingK
My head against my wallL
And again spring blossomsM
And alone I hang from my trunkC
A bare shoot without bud or flowerN
Without fruit or leafO
