Song--spring Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABB CDCD

When buds of palm do burst and spreadA
Their downy feathers in the laneB
And orchard blossoms white and redA
Breathe Spring delight for Autumn gainB
And the skylark shakes his wings in the rainB
-
O then is the season to look for a brideC
Choose her warily woo her unseenD
For the choicest maids are those that hideC
Like dewy violets under the greenD
