My Theme Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBAABBACDADCA

Of me and of my theme think what thou wiltA
The song of gladness one straight bolt can checkB
But I have never stood at Fortune's beckB
Were she and her light crew to run atiltA
At my poor holding little would be spiltA
Small were the praise for singing o'er that wreckB
Who courts her dooms to strife his bended neckB
He grasps a blade not always by the hiltA
Nathless she strikes at random can be fellC
With other than those votaries she dealsD
The black or brilliant from her thunder riftA
I say but that this love of Earth revealsD
A soul beside our own to quicken quellC
Irradiate and through ruinous floods upliftA
