Sonnets Iv Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: A BCCBBCCCCDDCCD

Inscribed to S F SA
-
And there I found him whom I went to findB
A man of noble make and head upliftC
Of equal carriage Nature's bounteous giftC
For in no shelter had his generous mindB
Grown flowers that need the winds rough not unkindB
The joiner's bench taught him with judgment swiftC
Seen things to fashion unseen things to siftC
From all his face a living soul outshinedC
Telling of strength and inward quietudeC
His great hand shook mine greatly and his eyesD
Looked straight in mine with spiritual repliesD
I left him rich with overflowing goodC
Such joys within two hours of happy moodC
Met me beneath the everlasting skiesD
