On A Midge Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBAABBACDEDCD

Whence do ye come ye creatures Each of youA
Is perfect as an angel wings and eyesB
Stupendous in their beauty gorgeous dyesB
In feathery fields of purple and of blueA
Would God I saw a moment as ye doA
I would become a molecule in sizeB
Rest with you hum with you or slanting riseB
Along your one dear sunbeam could I viewA
The pearly secret which each tiny flyC
Each tiny fly that hums and bobs and stirsD
Hides in its little breast eternallyE
From you ye prickly grim philosophersD
With all your theories that sound so highC
Hark to the buz a moment my good sirsD
