Oh That A Wind Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABAC DEDE AFAFGHIH JKJLMHMH NDNDOEOE

Oh that a wind would callA
From the depths of the leafless woodB
Oh that a voice would fallA
On the ear of my solitudeC
-
Far away is the seaD
With its sound and its spirit toneE
Over it white clouds fleeD
But I am alone aloneE
-
Straight and steady and tallA
The trees stand on their feetF
Fast by the old stone wallA
The moss grows green and sweetF
But my heart is full of fearsG
For the sun shines far awayH
And they look in my face through tearsI
And the light of a dying dayH
-
My heart was glad last nightJ
As I pressed it with my palmK
Its throb was airy and lightJ
As it sang some spirit psalmL
But it died away in my breastM
As I wandered forth to dayH
As a bird sat dead on its nestM
While others sang on the sprayH
-
O weary heart of mineN
Is there ever a Truth for theeD
Will ever a sun outshineN
But the sun that shines on meD
Away away through the airO
The clouds and the leaves are blownE
And my heart hath need of prayerO
For it sitteth alone aloneE
