Lost And Found Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBAABBACDDECD

I missed him when the sun began to bendA
I found him not when I had lost his rimB
With many tears I went in search of himB
Climbing high mountains which did still ascendA
And gave me echoes when I called my friendA
Through cities vast and charnel houses grimB
And high cathedrals where the light was dimB
Through books and arts and works without an endA
But found him not the friend whom I had lostC
And yet I found him as I found the larkD
A sound in fields I heard but could not markD
I found him nearest when I missed him mostE
I found him in my heart a life in frostC
A light I knew not till my soul was darkD
