Going To Sleep Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABC DEFEC GHGIC JKLKC

Little one you must not fretA
That I take your clothes awayB
Better sleep you so will getA
And at morning wake more gayB
Saith the children's motherC
-
You I must unclothe againD
For you need a better dressE
Too much worn are body and brainF
You need everlastingnessE
Saith the heavenly fatherC
-
I went down death's lonely stairG
Laid my garments in the tombH
Dressed again one morning fairG
Hastened up and hied me homeI
Saith the elder brotherC
-
Then I will not be afraidJ
Any ill can come to meK
When 'tis time to go to bedL
I will rise and go with theeK
Saith the little brotherC
