A Prayer (ii) Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCDCD EFEFGHGH

Thou who mad'st the mighty clockA
Of the great world goB
Mad'st its pendulum swing and rockA
Ceaseless to and froB
Thou whose will doth push and drawC
Every orb in heavenD
Help me move by higher lawC
In my spirit gravenD
-
Like a planet let me swingE
With intention strongF
In my orbit rushing singE
Jubilant alongF
Help me answer in my courseG
To my seasons dueH
Lord of every stayless forceG
Make my Willing trueH
