Untitled: With Rosy Stages Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: A B C D E F G C H C C I C C

With rosy stages the stone sinks in the moorA
-
Song of gliding and black laughterB
-
Figures go in and out of roomsC
-
And death grins bony in black boatD
-
Pirate on the canal in the red wineE
-
Whose mast and sail often broke in the stormF
-
Drowned ones bump purple against the rockG
-
Of the bridges Steely the call of the guards clangsC
-
But sometimes the glance listens in the candlelightH
-
And follows the shadows on decayed wallsC
-
And dancers are with sleep devoured handsC
-
The night that breaks blackly on your headI
-
And dead people who turn over in bedsC
-
Grasp the marble with broken handsC
