A scent of myrrh which roams in the twilightA
-
Plazas red and desolate sink in fumeB
-
Bazaars circle and a golden ray flowsC
-
In old shops queerly and confusedD
-
In the dishwater decay glows and the windE
-
Evokes dully the agony of burnt gardensF
-
The possessed pursue golden dreamsG
-
By windows dryads rest slender and dulcetH
-
The dream addicted wander pined over by a wishI
-
Workers surge shimmering through a gateJ
-
Steel towers glow upward at the edge of the skyK
-
O fairy tale barred gray in factoriesL
-
In the sinisterness an old man trips dollishI
-
And a jingling sound of money laughs lasciviouslyM
-
A halo falls on that little girlM
-
Who waits before the coffee house soft and whiteA
-
O golden brilliance which she wakes in panesN
-
Sun filled noise roars distantly and ecstaticallyM
-
A crooked writer smiles as if crazyM
-
To the horizon which is frightened green by an uproarO
-
State coaches of crystal move on bridgesP
-
Fruit barrows hearse black and sallowM
-
The canal swarms with bright steamboatsQ
-
Concerts sound Green domes drizzleM
-
Public baths flicker in magic of lightA
-
Execrated streets which one tears downR
-
A center of epidemics chaotically circles in etherS
-
A light from forests breaks through ruby dustT
-
Enchanted an opera house shines in the grayU
-
From alleys masks flood unforeseenV
-
And somewhere a fire still blazes furiouslyM
-
A small moth dances in the wind roarO
-
Lodgings threaten full of squalor and stenchI
-
Viola colors and chords moveW
-
Along cellar holes before the hungryM
-
A sweet child sits dead on a bankX
