The Way Of A Maid Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCCDDEEFFGGHHIJJJKK LLMNOPQQ

The lover whose soul shaken isA
In some decuman billow of blissB
Who feels his gradual wading feetC
Sink in some sudden hollow of sweetC
And 'mid love's us ed converse comesD
Sharp on a mood which all joy sumsD
An instant's fine compendium ofE
The liberal leav ed writ of loveE
His abashed pulses beating thickF
At the exigent joy and quickF
Is dumbed by aiming utterance greatG
Up to the miracle of his fateG
The wise girl such Icarian fallH
Saved by her confidence that she's smallH
As what no kindred word will fitI
Is uttered best by oppositeJ
Love in the tongue of hate exprestJ
And deepest anguish in a jestJ
Feeling the infinite must beK
Best said by trivialityK
Speaks where expression bates its wingsL
Just happy alien little thingsL
What of all words is in excessM
Implies in a sweet nothingnessN
With dailiest babble shows her senseO
That full speech were full impotenceP
And while she feels the heavens lie bareQ
She only talks about her hairQ
