I wrote a hundred letters
A full carton of papers
All filled with ink
My eyes couldn't blink
I wanted you be by fiance
You accepted that chance
I bought you a beautiful porch
In it a golden watch
Hours after hours
Making them days
You got a scholarship
To study entrepreneurship
Far in Germany you went
Not even a letter you sent
Telling me how your studies were
I went to the embassy tower
Checking your whereabout
Shocked in thought
Finally the counter I checked,
Painfully I moved
Shocked by your whereabout
That in a tragic accident
Only the video I was shown !
Down my cheeks,
Wetting the ground
