A Journey On Flooded Ways Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABB CCDD EEFF

I flushed my legs daring the coldA
The bus had stopped and skies were goldA
My feet became pedals cyclingB
But slow repelled by winds blowingB
-
My dress was like wet sandy hairC
And limbs began shrinking in airC
I knew to wait was not a choiceD
Or night shall come with woeful voiceD
-
Approached I home in proud reliefE
Then threw a smile towards the thiefE
Behind me now inside the pastF
What sweet success I saw at lastF
