Inscription For My Little Son's Silver Plate Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCCDDEFGHG

When thou dost eat from off this plateA
I charge thee be thou temperateB
Unto thine elders at the boardC
Do thou sweet reverence accordC
And though to dignity inclinedD
Unto the serving folk be kindD
Be ever mindful of the poorE
Nor turn them hungry from the doorF
And unto God for health and foodG
And all that in thy life is goodH
Give thou thy heart in gratitudeG
