It seems as though the TimeE

Indignant that the Joy was comeC
Did block the Gilded HandsF
And would not let the Seconds byG
But slowest instant endsH

The Pendulum begins to countI
Like little Scholars loudJ
The steps grow thicker in the HallB
The Heart begins to crowdJ

Then I my timid service doneK
Tho' service 'twas of LoveL
Take up my little ViolinM
And further North removeN
