Consuelo Chronis : This was the first English language poem I really liked. There is something marvelous about addressing "You, eyes" so that the writer is addressing the little girl in a novel way and I imagine the young child and can relate to the way in which children sometimes observe adults musing but not telling. There is a whole world of beautiful possibilities in this poems lines.
