Rhyme Scheme: ABCBDAEEFGH FIJKLJHMNOPQLOGPRQNS SFKFTIEUVW XYZZZXUUZZZFA2ZZZA2F

Out of us allA
That make rhymesB
Will you chooseC
SometimesB
As the winds useD
A crack in a wallA
Or a drainE
Their joy or their painE
To whistle throughF
Choose meG
You English wordsH
-
I know youF
You are light as dreamsI
Tough as oakJ
Precious as goldK
As poppies and cornL
Or an old cloakJ
Sweet as our birdsH
To the earM
As the burnet roseN
In the heatO
Of MidsummerP
Strange as the racesQ
Of dead and unbornL
Strange and sweetO
EquallyG
And familiarP
To the eyeR
As the dearest facesQ
That a man knowsN
And as lost homes areS
But though older farS
Than oldest yewF
As our hills are oldK
Worn newF
Again and againT
Young as our streamsI
After rainE
And as dearU
As the earth which you proveV
That we loveW
-
Make me contentX
With some sweetnessY
From WalesZ
Whose nightingalesZ
Have no wingsZ
From Wiltshire and KentX
And HerefordshireU
And the villages thereU
From the names and the thingsZ
No lessZ
Let me sometimes danceZ
With youF
Or climbA2
Or stand perchanceZ
In ecstasyZ
Fixed and freeZ
In a rhymeA2
As poets doF
