Sowing Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCB DEFE GHIJ KLML

IT was a perfect dayA
For sowing justB
As sweet and dry was the groundC
As tobacco dustB
-
I tasted deep the hourD
Between the farE
Owl's chuckling first soft cryF
And the first starE
-
A long stretched hour it wasG
Nothing undoneH
Remained the early seedsI
All safely sownJ
-
And now hark at the rainK
Windless and lightL
Half a kiss half a tearM
Saying good nightL
