Rhyme Scheme: AABBCCDDDDABB

IF I should ever by chance grow richA
I'll buy Codham Cockridden and ChilderditchA
Roses Pyrgo and LapwaterB
And let them all to my eldest daughterB
The rent I shall ask of her will be onlyC
Each year's first violets white and lonelyC
The first primroses and orchisesD
She must find them before I do that isD
But if she finds a blossom on furzeD
Without rent they shall all forever be hersD
Codham Cockridden and ChilderditchA
Roses Pyrgo and LapwaterB
I shall give them all to my elder daughterB
