And You, Helen Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABBCCDDEEFFGHIIJJKK LL

And you Helen what should I give youA
So many things I would give youA
Had I an infinite great storeB
Offered me and I stood beforeB
To choose I would give you youthC
All kinds of loveliness and truthC
A clear eye as good as mineD
Lands waters flowers wineD
As many children as your heartE
Might wish for a far better artE
Than mine can be all you have lostF
Upon the travelling waters tossedF
Or given to me If I could chooseG
Freely in that great treasure houseH
Anything from any shelfI
I would give you back yourselfI
And power to discriminateJ
What you want and want it not too lateJ
Many fair days free from careK
And heart to enjoy both foul and fairK
And myself too if I could findL
Where it lay hidden and it proved kindL
