| I didn't even assume I was the one because I saw myself trailing | A |
| another question should I keep sailing | A |
| should I keep trying and keep failing | A |

| negative thoughts and imaginations got me draining | A |
| day and night my eyes kept raining | A |
| what should I do i kept fraining | A |
| so I decided to give myself a training | A |

| knowing life is tough | B |
| feeling it path is rough | B |
| accepting the fact that when it's worst I can cough | C |
| but still believe in all my strength was enough | B |
| and that was how the battle was fought | D |

| now I believe I was never trailing | A |
| now I know I was the one they were hailing | A |
| now I see the need to keep sailing | A |
| now I know I have always been a winner and was never failing | A |
