Ma An' Me Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABBCCDDAA EEFFGGHHAA IIJJBBKKAA LLMMNNOOAA

There've been times we'd disagreeA
Somethin' awful Ma an' meA
Times when I would bang the doorB
Never to come back no moreB
An' go stompin' down the streetC
Sayin' things I won't repeatC
Vowin' that the only courseD
For us two was a di vorceD
Then when it come time for teaA
We'd make up would Ma an' meA
-
We've had many a lively spatE
Arguin' over this an' thatE
There've been times when Ma got madF
Said enough o' me she'd hadF
Tired o' listenin' to me jawG
Reckoned that she'd go t' lawG
Tell the judge her tale o' woeH
An' my own way I could goH
Then the children we would seeA
An' we'd laugh would Ma an' meA
-
Ma an' me ain't angels quiteI
Neither of us does things rightI
She's got reason fer complaintJ
She ain't married to a saintJ
Guess I've tried her patience moreB
Than the children round the doorB
An' at times by all that's fineK
Ma has certainly tried mineK
But together still are weA
Pals an' lovers Ma an' meA
-
We've just plodded on the wayL
Hand in hand from day to dayL
Workin' for the greatest goodM
Doin' just the best we couldM
Gettin' mad as people willN
But remainin' faithful stillN
An' we've never gone to bedO
Till we took back all we saidO
Kissed an' vowed we'd always beA
Pals an' sweethearts Ma an' meA
