The White Lady Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABAB CDCD EFEF AGAG

I cannot rest I cannot restA
In straight and shiny woodB
My woven hands upon my breastA
The dead are all so goodB
-
The earth is cool across their eyesC
They lie there quietlyD
But I am neither old nor wiseC
They do not welcome meD
-
Where never I walked alone beforeE
I wander in the weedsF
And people scream and bar the doorE
And rattle at their beadsF
-
We cannot rest we never restA
Within a narrow bedG
Who still must love the living bestA
Who hate the pompous deadG
