Inscription For The Ceiling Of A Bedroom Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABBCCDDEE FFGGHHIIJJ

Daily dawns another dayA
I must up to make my wayA
Though I dress and drink and eatB
Move my fingers and my feetB
Learn a little here and thereC
Weep and laugh and sweat and swearC
Hear a song or watch a stageD
Leave some words upon a pageD
Claim a foe or hail a friendE
Bed awaits me at the endE
-
Though I go in pride and strengthF
I'll come back to bed at lengthF
Though I walk in blinded woeG
Back to bed I'm bound to goG
High my heart or bowed my headH
All my days but lead to bedH
Up and out and on and thenI
Ever back to bed againI
Summer Winter Spring and FallJ
I'm a fool to rise at allJ
