Rhyme Scheme: ABCD DEAF BGHI JKLC MNCA OPEM QERA

This poem is not addressed to youA
You may come into it brieflyB
But no one will find you here no oneC
You will have changed before the poem willD
-
Even while you sit there unmovableD
You have begun to vanish And it does not matterE
The poem will go on without youA
It has the spurious glamor of certain voidsF
-
It is not sad really only emptyB
Once perhaps it was sad no one knows whyG
It prefers to remember nothingH
Nostalgias were peeled from it long agoI
-
Your type of beauty has no place hereJ
Night is the sky over this poemK
It is too black for starsL
And do not look for any illuminationC
-
You neither can nor should understand what it meansM
Listen it comes with out guitarN
Neither in rags nor any purple fashionC
And there is nothing in it to comfort youA
-
Close your eyes yawn It will be over soonO
You will forge the poem but not beforeP
It has forgotten you And it does not matterE
It has been most beautiful in its erasuresM
-
O bleached mirrors Oceans of the drownedQ
Nor is one silence equal to anotherE
And it does not matter what you thinkR
This poem is not addressed to youA
