the withness of the body WhiteheadA
-
-
The heavy bear who goes with meB
A manifold honey to smear his faceC
Clumsy and lumbering here and thereD
The central ton of every placeC
The hungry beating brutish oneE
In love with candy anger and sleepF
Crazy factotum dishevelling allG
Climbs the building kicks the footballG
Boxes his brother in the hate ridden cityB
-
Breathing at my side that heavy animalH
That heavy bear who sleeps with meB
Howls in his sleep for a world of sugarI
A sweetness intimate as the water's claspJ
Howls in his sleep because the tight ropeK
Trembles and shows the darkness beneathL
The strutting show off is terrifiedM
Dressed in his dress suit bulging his pantsN
Trembles to think that his quivering meatO
Must finally wince to nothing at allG
-
That inescapable animal walks with meB
Has followed me since the black womb heldP
Moves where I move distorting my gestureI
A caricature a swollen shadowQ
A stupid clown of the spirit's motiveR
Perplexes and affronts with his own darknessS
The secret life of belly and boneT
Opaque too near my private yet unknownT
Stretches to embrace the very dearU
With whom I would walk without him nearU
Touches her grossly although a wordV
Would bare my heart and make me clearU
Stumbles flounders and strives to be fedA
Dragging me with him in his mouthing careD
Amid the hundred million of his kindW
the scrimmage of appetite everywhereD
