Sonnet Xcvii: A Superscription Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBCCBDCEFFEEF

Look in my face my name is Might have beenA
I am also called No more Too late FarewellB
Unto thine ear I hold the dead sea shellB
Cast up thy Life's foam fretted feet betweenC
Unto thine eyes the glass where that is seenC
Which had Life's form and Love's but by my spellB
Is now a shaken shadow intolerableD
Of ultimate things unuttered the frail screenC
Mark me how still I am But should there dartE
One moment through thy soul the soft surpriseF
Of that winged Peace which lulls the breath of sighsF
Then shalt thou see me smile and turn apartE
Thy visage to mine ambush at thy heartE
Sleepless with cold commemorative eyesF
