Sonnet Lv: Stillborn Love Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBAABBACCDEEF

The hour which might have been yet might not beA
Which man's and woman's heart conceived and boreB
Yet whereof life was barren on what shoreB
Bides it the breaking of Time's weary seaA
Bondchild of all consummate joys set freeA
It somewhere sighs and serves and mute beforeB
The house of Love hears through the echoing doorB
His hours elect in choral consonancyA
But lo what wedded souls now hand in handC
Together tread at last the immortal strandC
With eyes where burning memory lights love homeD
Lo how the little outcast hour has turnedE
And leaped to them and in their faces yearnedE
I am your child O parents ye have comeF
