On Refusal Of Aid Between Nations Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBAACCADEFDEF

Not that the earth is changing O my GodA
Nor that the seasons totter in their walkB
Not that the virulent ill of act and talkB
Seethes ever as a winepress ever trodA
Not therefore are we certain that the rodA
Weighs in thine hand to smite thy world though nowC
Beneath thine hand so many nations bowC
So many kings not therefore O my GodA
But because Man is parcelled out in menD
To day because for any wrongful blowE
No man not stricken asks I would be toldF
Why thou dost thus but his heart whispers thenD
He is he I am I By this we knowE
That our earth falls asunder being oldF
