Height In Depth Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBAABBACBDEBD

HE turned his face apart and gave a sighA
And a strange whimper such a pitiful thingB
As haunts the heart for days Yes Love can bringB
Unto a pass so low that it seems highA
And when we see a brave and strong man cryA
With a poor infant's feeble sorrowingB
It is a nobler passion than to wingB
Shafts of small angers and small prides thought IA
There is a love so deaf that it can hearC
Not even its own voice which bids it seekB
A name for its own meanness it would findD
The outlet else But thus it is a sheerE
Humility an earnestness so meekB
That your knees bow and sharp tears make you blindD
