For A Venetian Pastoral By Giorgione (in The Louvre) Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCAADDAEFGEHG

WATER for anguish of the solstice nayA
But dip the vessel slowly nay but leanB
And hark how at its verge the wave sighs inC
Reluctant Hush beyond all depth awayA
The heat lies silent at the brink of dayA
Now the hand trails upon the viol stringD
That sobs and the brown faces cease to singD
Sad with the whole of pleasure Whither strayA
Her eyes now from whose mouth the slim pipes creepE
And leave it pouting while the shadowed grassF
Is cool against her naked side Let beG
Say nothing now unto her lest she weepE
Nor name this ever Be it as it wasH
Life touching lips with ImmortalityG
