men sailed on the Rose MarieA
men were cruelly cast into the seaA
They left from Spain the th of JuneB
They escaped from politics persecusion and a warC
They sailed over waters that few men had ever passedD
They sailed on a wind blown ship that had but one strong mastD
Their food was poor their rations thin their water barely fit to drinkE
But never once did one man think their ship could ever fail upon the road to freedomF
men sailed on the Rose MarieA
men were cruelly cast into the seaA
