On Angels Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCD EFG HIJKL CMN ODPM QRS ITU V

All was taken away from you white dressesA
wings even existenceB
Yet I believe youC
messengersD
-
There where the world is turned inside outE
a heavy fabric embroidered with stars and beastsF
you stroll inspecting the trustworthy seemsG
-
Short is your stay hereH
now and then at a matinal hour if the sky is clearI
in a melody repeated by a birdJ
or in the smell of apples at close of dayK
when the light makes the orchards magicL
-
They say somebody has invented youC
but to me this does not sound convincingM
for the humans invented themselves as wellN
-
The voice no doubt it is a valid proofO
as it can belong only to radiant creaturesD
weightless and winged after all why notP
girdled with the lighteningM
-
I have heard that voice many a time when asleepQ
and what is strange I understood more or lessR
an order or an appeal in an unearthly tongueS
-
day draw nearI
another oneT
do what you canU
