Magpiety Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCCDCBCCEEA

The same and not quite the same I walked through oak forestsA
Amazed that my Muse MnemosyneB
Has in no way diminished my amazementC
A magpie was screeching and I said MagpietyC
What is magpiety I shall never achieveD
A magpie heart a hairy nostril over the beak a flightC
That always renews just when coming downB
And so I shall never comprehend magpietyC
If however magpiety does not existC
My nature does not exist eitherE
Who would have guessed that centuries laterE
I would invent the question of universalsA
