Weary Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCDED FGFGHEHE IJIJKLKL AKAK MN OOOOKGKG

Aw I'm sick o' the whole darn human raceA
An' I'm sick o' this mundane ballB
I'm sick o' the sight o' me brother's faceA
An' his works an' talk an' allB
I'm sick o' the silly sounds I hearC
I'm sick o' the sights I seeD
Ole Omar K he knew good cheerE
An' it's much the same with meD
-
Gimme a bit o' a bough to sitF
Beneath an' a book of rhymeG
An' a cuddlemsome girl that sings a bitF
But don't sing all the timeG
That's all I ask an' it's only justH
For it's all that I hold dearE
A bough an' a book an' a girl an' a crustH
That an' a jug o' beerE
-
Then I'll cuddle me girl an' I'll quaff me aleI
As we sit on the leafy floorJ
An' when the book an' the beer jug failI
I'll cuddle me girl some moreJ
For jugs give out an' books get slowK
But you can take my tip for squareL
Tho' the bough an' the book an' the beer jug goK
The girl she's always thereL
-
For I'm sick o' the sight o' me brother's faceA
An' the world's a sight too slowK
An' I'm sick o' tryin' to go the paceA
When there ain't no pace to goK
I'm sick o' the 'gilded halls of vice '-
An' I'm sick o' the 'sainted shrine '-
I'm sick o' me own an' me friends' adviceM
An' the gold that won't be mineN
-
I'm sick o' the sound o' me fellow's voiceO
I'm sick o' his schemes an' shamsO
O' trying to choose when there ain't no choiceO
An' of damin' several damsO
So gimme a girl that ain't too slowK
You can keep your book of rhymeG
An' you bough an' bread an' your beer Wot OK
An' I'll cuddle her all the timeG
