But One Regret Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFB

So I laid down to the cold floor next to the skull of the one who once was the most precious being ever in my mind in my eyes in my heartA
I tried picturing him speaking to me easing the pain in my soul but the bone of his skull was cold and the once talking mouth had but teeth remained I kissed that beautiful head rememberingB
And folding my wings I crouched to the ground next to the only one who ever understood me who truly and honestly caredC
Does death hurt I asked hoping in my mind and heart to get an answer but those teeth were cold the eyes were hollow holes and apart from the cold and peaceful wind around me which made my wings want to spread I got no answerD
No death doesn't hurt living among people and people like beings who find pleasure in bringing death in causing it and in bringing pain and mocking hurtsE
So with an empty heart I closed my eyes and fell asleep next to my beloved skull the only remain of me ever being truly happy I heard a thunder as if the above and the beyond were angry at me for not having a place in neither realmsF
I smiled I kissed the cold skull enjoying the peace it offered me and I sighed I'm sorry I'm existingB
