Valentine Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

My heart is yoursA
I know for sureB
But not so sureB
your heart is mineC
Every momentD
Day in and day outE
I breathe you inF
I breathe you outE
To me you are such a lifelineC
Never mind if we are not togetherG
And unable to join each otherG
So long as we love and careH
It doesn't really matterG
It's all just fineC
When you comeI
And make my little world brighten upJ
Actually the whole space out thereH
Between the earth and the skyK
Begins to fill itself with sunshineC
Your fragrance then pervades all overG
And lures like nothingL
But an old wineC
We will not be seeing each other forever you knowM
But let's not whineC
We will unfailingly find each otherG
Somewhere in a different world in personN
Or on a different spectrum onlineC
And thenO
My dear ValentineC
All our pains sorrows and sufferings will vanishP
Or fall in lineC
